Our Purpose

The Core Values, or HEART, of our Ministry

As a church it is our aim to always be:

Harvest Minded

With God’s heart of compassion and in obedience to His command, we will reach out to our community and world with the good news of salvation through Jesus.  We won’t focus on our own numbers but will keep our eyes on the harvest field, those who don’t yet know God in the sphere of influence He has given us.

Empowered for Ministry

Motivated by God’s love, we will serve those in our church and community.  Each of us has been uniquely shaped by God for service.  We have also been given the Holy Spirit who gives us power to be effective in the ministry of helping and encouraging others.

Authentic in Worship

We will live a lifestyle of genuine worship, purposing to honor God in all we think and do every day of the week.  We will be real and honest before God and people, not wearing masks of hypocrisy.  We will not simply offer our community a philosophy, but will be a place where people can experience the life changing presence of the true and living God. 

Relational

Everything we do in ministry will be done from a relational center since it is through loving relationship that life transformation happens.  We will uphold our fellowship and unity as a top priority, both within our church and with all believers everywhere.

Training Centered

As disciples of Jesus Christ we will continually learn to obey his teachings and follow wherever He leads.  We are committed to the truth of God’s Word, the Bible, and will present it to our culture in a way that make sense and is useful.  We will teach and train, raising people up to know God and his ways, and to be world changers.
